NINE-year-old Filipino-American Jeremy Reyes from San Diego, California became the youngest windsurfing student in Davao City. Reyes, who is on vacation in Davao, took the windsurfing course of the Wind and Wave Davao at the Davao Marina Wharf in Lanang.
